At CES 2023, Schneider Electric announced the launch of Schneider Home, a revolutionary home energy management system for homeowners seeking financial savings, comfort, and energy independence.
The Schneider Home energy management system consists of a home battery for the storage of clean energy, a high-power solar inverter, a smart electrical panel, an EV charger, and connected electrical sockets and light switches, all of which are managed by the user-friendly Schneider Home app. The Schneider Household solution combines utility electricity, solar power, backup batteries, and EV charging to automatically manage home energy.
Homeowners may monitor energy use by appliance, choose where to prioritise electricity during a blackout to expand the amount of backup power, and avoid pricey electrical service changes when buying an EV thanks to its unmatched intelligence. Additionally, the solution enables homes to save money by signing up for utility programmes and being eligible for tax benefits.
Key elements of the system include
• Schneider Pulse: A smart electrical panel that connects multiple energy sources inside the house using embedded functionality and intelligence.
• Schneider Boost: The home battery for energy storage. To reduce utility costs and maintain household electricity during a power outage, solar energy can be stored during the day and used during peak times.
• Schneider Inverter: The solar and storage high-power hybrid inverter. produces AC electricity that can be used by humans..
• Schneider Charge: The electric vehicle charger that utilises on-site solar and storage to increase charging speed and save expenses.
• Schneider Home
A single, user-friendly application, that you can monitor, manage, and automate your entire home's energy usage.
